1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Tuft website, placing a reservation, or purchasing a Tuft device, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

2. About Tuft

Tuft is a home companion device manufactured and sold by [Company Name] ("Tuft," "we," "us"). Tuft is designed to assist with small household tasks within its stated capabilities. Product capabilities, appearance, and specifications may change between reservation and shipment as the product is finalized.

3. Reservations & Orders

Placing a reservation through this site secures your place in the order queue and does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Reservation deposits [are / are not] refundable — see Section 7. Full pricing, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, will be confirmed before final payment is collected.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in [currency] and are subject to change until an order is confirmed with full payment. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, and will notify you before charging a corrected amount.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Product Use & Limitations

Tuft is intended for indoor household use only, within the task categories described on this site. Tuft is not designed for use with children, pets, or fragile items without supervision, and is not a substitute for professional care, safety equipment, or supervision of vulnerable individuals. Use outside the intended purpose is at your own risk.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

You may cancel a reservation and request a refund of your deposit within [X] days of placing it. Once your device has shipped, our standard return window is [X] days from delivery, provided the device is returned in its original condition. Tuft devices include a [X]-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects; this warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.

8. Data & Privacy

Tuft may collect limited operational data (such as task completion and error logs) to function and improve over time. 9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell without authorization, or use Tuft in any way that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend software updates or support for devices used outside these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability
